"Bungu Joshi Haku pop-up in Niigata 2026", one of Japan's largest stationery festivals, will be held at the 6th-floor event hall of Niigata Isetan.

The 2026 Niigata edition is built around the theme "Kyō, Dore ni Suru? Bungu Coord" (Which one today? Stationery coordinates) – the idea of choosing stationery to match your mood or the season, just as you would coordinate an outfit. Visitors can also speak directly with participating manufacturers to learn about the craftsmanship and stories behind each product.

A total of 42 companies will exhibit, including Artemis, adesso, Anterique Stationers, irodo, Iroha Publishing, Sun-Star Stationery, Sanby, Shachihata, Delfonics, BGM, bande, GreenFlash, Yamato, and World Craft, among others. Notably, the lineup includes Pavilion, a lace-tape brand born from a label-printing company in Sanjo City, Niigata. Pavilion has produced more than 100 varieties of decorative tape featuring fine lace-style die-cutting, foil stamping, and embossing.

Five stamp stations are placed throughout the venue. A matching passport-style notebook is available for 400 yen. Customers spending 15,000 yen (tax included) or more receive an original mirror; those spending 35,000 yen or more also receive an original clear file set. While supplies last; one per person.

Time Blocks (capacity-controlled, no re-entry):

  • Block 1: 10:30–12:10 (last entry 11:40)

  • Block 2: 12:40–14:20 (last entry 13:50)
