Naeba Ski Resort in Yuzawa, Niigata Prefecture, is one of Japan’s most well-known ski destinations, operated by Prince Hotels. It offers a variety of slopes suitable for all skill levels, night skiing, and modern facilities. The resort is connected to the nearby Kagura Ski Resort by the Dragondola, Japan’s longest gondola lift (5.5 km), allowing visitors to access a wider range of runs. Naeba hosted the 2016 Alpine Skiing World Cup and continues to attract both domestic and international visitors.

Best Time to Visit: The ski season runs from mid December to early April, with the best snow conditions typically from January to March.
