Child fares are for ages 6 to 11. From age 12, the adult fare applies. Each passenger can bring up to two children aged 1 to 5 for free; a third needs a child fare. Babies under 1 ride free.
¥20 less when you pay on board by IC card or contactless credit card. The bus takes no cash.

How to use it
The ride takes about 18 minutes. At the airport, the bus leaves from stops 6 and 7 at the International Terminal. At Hakata Station it stops at the Chikushi exit, not at Hakata Bus Terminal, where it used to stop until 2025/04/25.
Since 2024/12/03 the route has run as a fully cashless trial. Pay with an IC card such as nimoca, SUGOCA, Hayakaken, Suica or ICOCA, or a contactless credit card such as Visa, JCB, Mastercard or American Express. Both take ¥20 off the fare. Passes such as the Fukuoka City 1-day pass and the SUNQ Pass also work, as do tickets from the machines at Hakata Bus Terminal and Fukuoka Airport.
From the airport, board at the front door and pay as you get on. From Hakata Station, board at the middle or rear door and pay at the front door when you get off; with an IC card or credit card, tap it both when you get on and when you get off.
Before you buy
Anyone can ride it, and you don't need to buy a ticket in advance: you pay on board. If you have no IC card or contactless card, you can buy a nimoca IC card at the bus terminal on the 1st floor of either airport terminal, or at Hakata Bus Terminal.
Children aged 6 to 11 pay ¥200. Up to two children aged 1 to 5 ride free with each passenger.

Does the Fukuoka Airport to Hakata Station bus leave from the Domestic Terminal?
No. This Nishitetsu bus runs from the International Terminal only, from stops 6 and 7.

How long does it take?
About 18 minutes between the International Terminal and Hakata Station.
Where does it stop at Hakata Station?
