How to use it

The ticket is valid on the date shown on it. Staff stamp the date when you buy it, or you can write it yourself in permanent marker before your first ride; a date written by mistake can't be corrected, refunded or exchanged. If you ride beyond the area, you pay the ordinary fare for the extra section.

Child tickets have the top right corner cut off, and staff check it, so don't cut or tear the ticket yourself.

Before you buy

Anyone can buy it. It is sold at Blue Line stations from Yokohama to Yoshinocho, at the Yokohama Station customer service center and the commuter pass office at Yokohama Station East Exit, at the Sakuragicho Station tourist information center (standard ticket only), at the YCAT bus ticket counter and at many hotels in the area. The Wide ticket is also sold at Shin-Yokohama Station.

A digital version is sold in the my route app, on Klook and on At Yokohama.

Refunds: an unused ticket can be refunded up to the day before the date on it, at any subway station or commuter pass office, for ¥100 a ticket.
