Fuji Safari Park
Fuji Safari Park is a drive-through and walking zoo in Japan. It features a self-drive option with your own car (admission fee only), a Jungle Bus tour with close encounters and feeding opportunities (extra fee), or a GPS-equipped Safari Navigation Car (extra fee) to see animals up close. The park is divided into zones for different species such as bear, lion, tiger, etc. and herbivore zones. The walking safari (closed in winter) allows you to explore some parts of the park on foot and feed the animals. There are also friendly animal areas with pandas, red kangaroos, capybaras, and contact zones where children can ride ponies. Small pets like cats, dogs and rabbits can be petted in petting houses.
At Hey Japan!, we strive to keep the places listed on our website as current as possible. However, it is important to note that location owners or management may make changes to their plans, including canceling events, altering opening times, or modifying admission requirements, without prior notice. To ensure that you have the most accurate information, we recommend checking official websites before visiting any location.
