The event combines large-scale fireworks with the setting of an international racing circuit and is held at Fuji Speedway, a venue designed to accommodate large crowds and motorsports events. Fireworks include giant shells measuring approximately 60 cm (24 inches) in diameter, which burst at an altitude of about 500 meters and reach up to 480 meters across. The display takes place against the backdrop of Mount Fuji and seasonal cherry blossoms.

Fuji Speedway provides a spacious viewing environment with multiple seating and viewing options. Facilities include high-capacity restrooms, wide concourses, nursing and kids’ rooms, stroller access, wheelchair-accessible seating, and drive-in viewing areas.

In addition to the fireworks, the event operates as a full-day program. Food trucks featuring local cuisine, activity areas, and attractions are available from daytime through evening.
