Yakuoin Onsenji Temple
薬王院温泉寺
A temple traditionally attributed to Myokaku Shonin, credited with developing the Japanese syllabary system, with the priest believed to be buried at this sacred site.
The story goes that this place was constructed by the initial chief priest known as Myokaku Shonin. It is also said that this same Myokaku Shonin is credited with creating the "Aiueo gojūon" - the Japanese syllabary system. It is believed that the priest is buried at this location.
