Anison Fire Fes Okazaki

A large-scale entertainment event combining classic anime footage, live fireworks, and anime songs is set to take place in Okazaki. Organised by the Anime Classics Okazaki Performance Executive Committee and co-hosted by the City of Okazaki, "Anime Classics Anison Fire Fes – Okazaki Performance" will be held at Okazaki Red Diamond Stadium, with tickets now on advance sale via the official website.

The event is built around a simultaneous fusion of archival opening and ending sequences from Showa- and Heisei-era anime titles, projected on large screens, with synchronised live fireworks. A setlist of approximately 30 songs is planned, comprising 26 opening and ending themes alongside several special program pieces. The production draws from titles across multiple studios and production companies, and organisers describe the format as distinct from conventional fireworks displays.

The event also serves as a pre-celebration for Okazaki City's 110th anniversary of municipal incorporation.

Prior to the fireworks program, a stage event will be held featuring Team Kura-Cos, a cosplay group of four gravure idols — Hanasaki Fūka, Hazaki Ayu, Naruse Ina, and Momose Momo — who will also interact with attendees throughout the venue. Audience participation is encouraged, and attendees in anime character costumes are welcome. Participation by a popular VTuber is also planned, with details to be announced on official channels.

A free shuttle bus service between Higashi-Okazaki Station and the venue is planned. Details will be announced on the official website at a later date.

Admission

Doors open at 16:00, with the fireworks program beginning at 19:00 and expected to conclude at 20:00. The venue holds approximately 6,000 guests; all seating is ticketed, with no free viewing areas. Ticket categories including general reserved, premium, and VIP tiers are available on the Ticket Pia platform, with some plans including exclusive merchandise. Children not yet of school age do not require a ticket if seated on a lap. Guests arriving by car are encouraged to purchase an event parking pass, which will be available separately. The event proceeds rain or shine, and will be cancelled only in severe weather.

Premium Panorama View: ¥13,000. Includes an exclusive original character cushion mat (non-sale item). An assigned seat with backrest in the upper central area behind home plate, offering a wide panoramic view of the fireworks display. The central position provides both a broad sightline and an immersive sense of the full production.

Panorama View: ¥10,000. An assigned seat with backrest in the upper zone behind home plate. Elevated positioning minimises obstruction from the backstop net, making this a prime viewing spot for the full show.

Center Wide View: ¥9,000. An assigned seat with backrest in the behind-home-plate zone, positioned close to the stage. Offers an unobstructed central view of the fireworks and overall production

Okazaki Limited Original Goods Seat: ¥12,000. A bench assigned seat that includes exclusive Okazaki performance merchandise not available elsewhere or for general sale.

Excite View: ¥6,000. A bench assigned seat in the zone closest to the fireworks. Suited to families and groups, this is the most accessible price point of the lineup.

Wheelchair Area Pair Ticket: ¥16,000, 2 persons. Covers entry for one wheelchair user and one companion. Recommended for guests who use wheelchairs or have mobility difficulties.
