The Tokyo Christmas Market brings a German-style Christmas market to Tokyo every December, with hot drinks, seasonal food, Christmas goods and stage shows. In 2026 it runs at two venues: Shin-Toyosu on Tokyo Bay, which hosts the market for the first time, and Shiba Park, with Tokyo Tower in view.
Shin-Toyosu: 2026/11/20 to 2026/12/25
The new waterfront venue at Toyosu 6-4 in Koto Ward makes the most of the open skies and water of the bay area. It is a 2-minute walk from Shin-Toyosu Station and 4 minutes from Shijo-mae Station on the Yurikamome line.
Shiba Park: 2026/12/04 to 2026/12/25
The Shiba Park venue fills Area 4 of the park, the plaza in front of Onarimon Station, with Tokyo Tower nearby. It is a 1-minute walk from Exit A6 of Onarimon Station on the Toei Mita Line, and about 10 minutes on foot from Kamiyacho, Daimon and JR Hamamatsucho stations. Neither venue has parking.
14-metre Christmas pyramids
Each venue has its own Christmas pyramid, about 14 metres tall, a centrepiece taken from the German Christmas tradition.
Souvenir mugs
Advance adult tickets include a souvenir mug, which you can also use at the market. Each venue has its own 2026 design: Ultramarine, a deep blue inspired by the night sky and waterfront, at Shin-Toyosu, and Kermès Red, a warm traditional European red, at Shiba Park. Stack the two mugs and they form a Christmas pyramid, with Christmas figures on each side.

Tickets
Advance tickets are sold on KKday, with a separate listing for each venue: Shin-Toyosu tickets and Shiba Park tickets. Same-day entry may be limited when the market is busy, so the organizers recommend booking ahead. Weekdays are the cheapest days to go, and prices go up on 2026/12/24 and 2026/12/25.
What else to expect
Food and drink stalls, Christmas goods, stage shows, street performers and workshops. The organizers will announce this year's vendors and programme on the official website and social media.
