This is the ninth edition of the event, which has grown into one of Japan's most prominent car culture festivals.

Approximately 1,000 itasha — vehicles decorated with anime, manga, and game character wraps — will gather from across Japan at the outdoor venue in Aomi, Koto Ward. The event offers a chance to experience the cutting edge of the itasha scene, which continues to evolve. Itasha motorcycles and bicycles will also be on display alongside cars.

A large number of cosplayers will also attend, and the pairing of itasha with matching cosplay is one of the event's well-known highlights. Cosplay registration is handled on the day, and changing facilities and a cloakroom will be available on site.

The venue will feature two stages. The main stage will host a talk show with popular voice actresses Tomoyo Takayanagi, Hikaru Iida, and Asuka Shioiri, known for voicing characters from the unit Hagoromo 6. Other main stage activities include a cosplay stage, a hand-cutting championship, tug-of-war, and an awards ceremony. The sub-stage idol section will feature performances by more than ten idol groups running from opening to closing time.

Corporate exhibitor booths will showcase demonstration vehicles from itasha customisation shops, with stickers, goods, car accessories including wheels and chemicals, apparel, and related merchandise available for purchase.
