How to use it
The pass is a digital ticket on your phone. Use it on any one day within 3 months of buying it: press Start Usage, then hold the QR code over a QR-compatible ticket gate.
Keep using the same phone and browser you first used at the gate; the pass may not work from another device or browser.
Before you buy
Anyone can buy it. You need a smartphone and a credit card, and you buy it on the Surutto QRtto website, after registering, or in the Hankyu app. It is not sold at station windows or at the Hankyu tourist centers in Osaka-umeda and Kyoto.
The current pass is sold from 2026/04/01 to 2027/03/31. If you buy it after 2027/02/02, the last day you can use it is 2027/04/30.
Refunds are free before you press Start Usage, and are made on your phone. If you bought several passes and shared them out, all of them must be unused and returned to you before you can ask for a refund.
Questions
Is the Hankyu Tourist Pass still sold?
Hankyu no longer lists it. Its day pass for all Hankyu lines is now the Hankyu One-Day Pass, sold as a digital ticket.
Does the Hankyu One-Day Pass cover the Kobe Kosoku Line?
No. It covers all Hankyu Railway lines except the Kobe Kosoku Line.
Can I buy it at a station?
No. Buy it on the Surutto QRtto website or in the Hankyu app, with a smartphone and a credit card.
Is there a child pass?
No. The pass is sold for adults only.
Can I use the automatic ticket gates?
Yes, the QR-compatible ones. Hold the QR code on your phone over the gate.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, free of charge, as long as you have not pressed Start Usage.
