Tokyu Kabukicho Tower東急歌舞伎町タワー

The Tokyu Kabukichō Tower stands as a 48-story skyscraper. It graces the Kabukichō district of Shinjuku in Tokyo. Stretching to a height of 225 meters, this tower was brought to life through the design prowess of Yuko Nagayama. Drawing inspiration from the former Kani-gawa water fountain and the Buddhist water goddess, its design mirrors the essence of a fountain, with the upper section embodying the upward surge of water towards the sky. The building was unveiled in the year 2023. Diverging from the surrounding corporate and residential structures, the Tokyu Kabukicho Tower takes its focus to entertainment and leisure amenities. Within its walls, one can discover cinema halls, hotels, and art exhibitions.

The lower floors, spanning from B1 to B4 in the basement, house two captivating entertainment theatres: "ZEROTOKYO" and "Zepp Shinjuku." “ZEROTOKYO” seeks to blend a diverse range of entertainment elements, including music, DJ performances, spatial design, and live acts, creating novel and unparalleled entertainment encounters. Comprising three tiers that extend from the second basement level to the fourth, segmented into five zones, it ranks as one of Japan's most expansive nocturnal entertainment complexes. Its ambitions encompass inviting both local and international artists.

“Zepp Shinjuku”, a live venue capable of hosting 1,500 attendees, graces the scene as one of the area's largest. Its compact size and state-of-the-art video equipment fuse to conjure an immersive and unforgettable musical journey. The space resonates with the melodies of various genres, brought to life by both local and global performers.

Elevating the experience from the first to the fifth floor, an array of restaurants and cafes present a cornucopia of culinary delights. On the third floor, “Bandai Namco Amusements” curates "Namco Tokyo," an amusement hub showcasing events starring anime, manga, and video game characters. The fourth floor welcomes visitors to the attraction "The Tokyo Matrix," curated by Sony Music Entertainment. Meanwhile, the fifth floor houses the luxurious wellness haven "Existion," managed by “Milano 05”.

Occupying the area from the sixth to the eighth floor is “THEATER MILANO-Za”, boasting a total seating capacity of 900. This venue orchestrates an eclectic tapestry of entertainment content, spanning dramas, musicals, 2.5D spectacles, concerts, and video events in a seated ambiance.

From the ninth to the tenth floor, "109CINEMAS PREMIUM SHINJUKU" beckons with its premium amenities and an environment that immerses moviegoers in extraordinary worlds. This cinema accommodates 752 seats, all designed for premium comfort. The cutting-edge projection and sound systems envelop patrons in a complete cinematic voyage, with the sound technology being supervised by Ryuichi Sakamoto, the renowned Japanese composer, pianist, and artist. Within Theater 6, the innovative "ScreenX" technology unfolds, projecting images not only onto the main screen but also onto the flanking walls.

A treat awaits on the 17th floor at "JAM17 DINING & BAR," where not only delightful beverages but also breathtaking view is on offer.

The span between the 20th and 47th floors hosts two distinctive hotels: "HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel" and "BELLUSTAR TOKYO, A Pan Pacific Hotel." These establishments offer an exceptional lodging experience accompanied by breathtaking panoramic views.
