This horror attraction combines detailed set designs, sound effects, lighting gimmicks, and live performances by actors to create an immersive atmosphere filled with fear and excitement.
Unlike fear experienced indirectly through observation, this attraction delivers a direct and personal sense of terror, engaging guests’ five senses in a heightened state. The challenge lies in enduring the fear that unfolds right before one’s eyes.
The attraction centres on the Curse Fortune-Telling House of the Psychic. Historically, a psychic practiced a dangerous form of necromancy that involved summoning spirits to possess individuals. Despite the risks, this practice gained popularity due to its high accuracy, attracting many visitors.
A tragic incident occurred when a woman possessed by a particularly evil spirit suddenly died during a session. This event led to widespread accusations, branding her a murderer and the reincarnation of Sadako. Consequently, the curse fortune-telling was banned and vanished from public practice.
As time passed and memories faded, a psychic revived the forbidden art. During a divination session, as the psychic gazes into a crystal ball, the reflected images distort, revealing a skeletal skull and a long-haired woman.
Visitors are then placed inside a coffin-like box meant to protect against evil spirits. Peering through a small opening, guests come face-to-face with the long-haired woman, bringing the terror of Sadako directly to them.
