umie MOSAIC is a shopping and entertainment complex in Kobe's Harborland district, positioned directly on the waterfront overlooking Kobe Harbor. The multi-story facility contains over 100 retail stores, restaurants, a cinema, and entertainment venues.

The complex features observation decks and outdoor terraces that provide views of Osaka Bay and Kobe's skyline. Retail offerings include international brands and Japanese stores, while restaurants serve Japanese and international cuisine.

Built as part of Kobe's post-1995 earthquake redevelopment, umie MOSAIC is accessible via JR and subway lines. The facility is located near other Harborland attractions including Kobe Port Tower and the Maritime Museum.

The complex serves as a major tourist destination and commercial hub, hosting seasonal events and exhibitions throughout the year. Its waterfront location and modern architecture have made it a recognizable landmark in Kobe's revitalized harbor district.

At Hey Japan!, we strive to keep the places listed on our website as current as possible. However, location owners or management may alter opening times or modify admission requirements without prior notice. Check official websites before visiting.
