From October 10 to November 15, 116 passionate ramen shop owners from across Japan will gather at Okubo Park in Shinjuku to create the ultimate bowls of ramen. Each dish will be crafted exclusively for this festival, with chefs setting aside their signature menus to develop entirely new flavors from scratch.

The concept of the event is “Encounter with the Ramen of the Future”. Since its launch in 2009, the Daitsukemen Expo has produced countless legends. This year’s bold theme – all-new creations – offers a gourmet experience like no other. With no previews and no familiar tastes, visitors can expect nothing but pure surprise and discovery.

This festival is more than a showcase - it’s a laboratory for the ramen of tomorrow. The bowls unveiled here may well become the next nationwide favourites, shaping the future of Japanese ramen culture.

Ramen tickets are 1,100 JPY per bowl (tax included).
