How to use it

After buying, open the ticket wallet and choose the date, train and seat; you can't ride until you do. Seats can be chosen until five minutes before the train leaves your station, and you can change the train up to twice, also until five minutes before departure. The ticket is valid only on the date you choose.

Hold the QR code on your phone over the reader at a gate marked for Nankai digital tickets. If you buy for several people, all seats must be on the same train. Seats can't be selected from 1:50 to 3:00 at night, during system maintenance.

The Rapi:t takes 34 minutes at its fastest between Kansai Airport and Namba. The train has luggage space, overhead racks, toilets, a wheelchair space and a vending machine.

Before you buy

Anyone can buy it online, all year. Foreign visitors who register as members also get discount coupons for shops and restaurants around Namba, including Namba City and Namba Parks.

Refunds: you can refund the ticket yourself online, free of charge, until five minutes before your train leaves, as long as it is unused and not expired. Only the buyer can refund, and tickets bought together must be refunded together. If your train is cancelled, the express part of the price is refunded to your card automatically. There is no refund once the ticket expires, and no reissue if your phone is lost, broken or out of battery.
