Gumi Corporation has launched pre-registration for their new mobile application game "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Ora Ora Overdrive," utilizing the animation IP of the beloved JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series. The pre-registration campaign began on June 30, 2025.

Game Overview

This new title is a simulation RPG that brings the world of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure anime to life. Players can freely organize teams featuring familiar characters from the anime series and experience immersive battles with high-end graphics showcasing signature special moves. The game includes auto-battle functionality, making it accessible for players of all skill levels to enjoy combat experiences.

The game features a story mode that allows players to relive the anime series, along with a collection system where players can gather characters and Stands in an illustrated guidebook format. The developers promise a comprehensive JoJo experience encompassing watching, battling, and collecting elements.

Pre-Registration Rewards

The campaign offers luxury rewards based on pre-registration milestones. When 300,000 pre-registrations are achieved, all players will receive the UR unit "Dio Brando - Emperor of Evil" at game launch. Additional rewards are planned beyond the 300,000 milestone, with further announcements expected.

A pre-registration commemorative promotional video has been released on the official YouTube channel and the game's official X account. The video showcases action elements and game systems, featuring memorable dialogue and dynamic presentations from the series.

Television Commercial Campaign

Starting July 4, 2025, at 24:30, a television commercial will air during the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Animation Series Episode General Election Selection broadcast slot. Voice actor Daisuke Ono provides narration for the commercial.

A special campaign accompanies the TV commercial launch, offering Daisuke Ono's hand-signed autograph boards to two randomly selected winners. Participation details are available through the official X account.

The game is scheduled for autumn 2025 release on both App Store and Google Play platforms. It follows a free-to-play model with item-based microtransactions.
