Fujiko・F・Fujio Museum

The museum is dedicated to Hiroshi Fujimoto, a prominent Japanese Mangaka who wrote under the pen name Fujiko・F・Fujio. Alongside another renowned Japanese Mangaka, Motoo Abiko, whose pen name was Fujiko Fujio A., they formed a duo known as Fujiko Fujio. This creative partnership gave rise to well-known manga titles that gained popularity extending beyond Japan, including "Q-Tarō," "Ninja Hattori-kun," "Kaibutsu-kun," and "Doraemon." Notably, Hiroshi Fujimoto authored "Doraemon," while Motoo Abiko was responsible for "Ninja Hattori-kun" and "Kaibutsu-kun."

Within the museum, visitors can view original artworks by Hiroshi Fujimoto, encounter his cherished work desk, and explore his extensive library. The space also offers interactive areas for children, featuring special puzzles and unique wooden secret tools, along with paper-cut animal creations and original "Doraemon" characters scattered throughout. Outdoor play areas add to the experience. For manga enthusiasts, a dedicated corner allows them to spend time reading mangas created by Fujiko F. Fujio. The museum includes the Fujiko・F・Fujio Theater, where visitors can enjoy original Doraemon movies.

The museum's café serves special meals infused with the world of Doraemon. Additionally, the venue hosts temporary exhibitions. To visit, advance reservations are necessary through ticket terminal in a LAWSON store. Tickets for the upcoming two months become available on the 30th of each month.
